Nutella just turned 50, but it doesn’t look or taste a day over fabulous.

Attention all Nutella fans- you are cordially invited to celebrate the anniversary of this heavenly chocolate-hazelnut spread by coming out to enjoy the Nutella truck tour.

Yes, you heard me. Nutella is having a tour, and it is exactly what it sounds like. A big, bright red truck is making its way across the country to “spread the happy.”

This Saturday and Sunday, the truck was parked at Fiestas Patrias California in Los Angeles.

The truck offers fruit and carb pairings to taste. Additionally, Angelenos can choose between apples or waffles to top with Nutella. Personally, I found the crisp, tart apple to be quite refreshing when mixed with the smooth, decadent spread. But of course, you could always try both and then decide.

Or just eat the Nutella by itself. Anything goes.

Aside from snacks, the truck comes stocked with coupons, stickers and T-shirts. It even has a selfie stand. Pose next to a jumbo Nutella jar, and celebrate the happiness of yet another year that we all have Nutella in our lives.

However, don’t forget to share your experience on social media with the tour hashtag: #SpreadTheHappy.

Tour manager Tamara Munoz said the tour's aim is to raise awareness and to try to get people who have never tasted the spread before to try it. For the experienced Nutella fans, the truck tour hopes to be able to broaden your horizons

“It is so versatile, it tastes good on so many different things; it is not just about toast … even though that is delicious,” said Munoz.

Munoz personally recommended Nutella on blackberries.

The truck will be in Hollywood on Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Then, it takes off up the coast to San Francisco.

The tour will end in New Orleans this October.
