The "How I Met Your Mother" star and the actor-chef rocked Tom Ford tuxedos at their wedding in Italy on Saturday, with Elton John performing at the reception.

Kelly Ripa spoke on "Live with Kelly & Michael" about attending the weekend event, which was held at a rented castle.

"It was a very quiet, very private, very family affair," she said.

Harris made the news Twitter-official on Monday.

"Yup, we put the 'n' and 'd' in 'husband,'" he tweeted. His publicist confirmed the update shortly thereafter. 

The two were engaged since 2011 and are the fathers of twins - Gideon Scott and Harper Grace.

Italy is becoming a 2014 favorite destination for celebrity weddings. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West tied the knot earlier this year; George Clooney and his bride-to-be Amal Alamuddin are planning to wed in Venice in a couple of weeks.
