A judge ruled that a member of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was exempted from testifying in a child labor case. The the ruling, which went viral Tuesday, referred to Burwell v. Hobby Lobby. The judge determined that testifying would be a "substantial burden" to the FLDS member's right to free exercise of religion.
