Today, Paralympic athlete Oscar Pistorius was ruled not guilty of murdering his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.

Judge Thokozile Masipa said that prosecutors did not find any evidence that Pistorius purposely killed Steenkamp.

The court, however, is closer to declaring Pistorius guilty of "culpable homicide", or involuntary manslaughter, since Masipa said that Pistorius did not act reasonably the night of Steenkamp's death.

Whether Pistorius will be charged with culpable homicide or not will be decided during Friday's hearing. Check back with Neon Tommy as the case develops.
