Gay Marriage Ban Ruled Unconstitutional In Louisiana
District Judge Edward Rubin in Louisiana has ruled the state’s law on same-sex marriage unconstitutional on Monday, according to KLFY NEWS and The Daily Beast.

The news comes as a relief to same-sex couple Chastity Shenelle Brewer and Angela Marie Costanza, who, in an effort to adopt a child, had to appeal the LA law that did not recognize their California marriage. Josh Steichmann, a representative at Equality California, called the decision “a move toward full and lasting equality."
“Whenever love wins," he said, "we win as a society too."
