The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is investigating allegations that the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity drugged female partygoers using a color-coded system.

Female partygoers marked with red X's on their hands were hospitalized, as well as one male with a black X who said he drank from the cup of a woman with a red X.
