Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their second child, said a Twitter announcement released Monday morning. Though the pregnancy has not quite reached the 12-week point, the announcement was made due to the duchess' scheduled public appearances in the upcoming weeks. Because she is suffering from acute morning sickness, it is doubtful that the Duchess of Cambridge can attend these engagements.
