The various pockets and neighborhoods in downtown Los Angeles are as varied as the Angelenos who inhabit them.

Businesses are sprouting up and breathing new life into areas often thought of as unwelcoming and unsafe. Urth Caffé, a hot spot for organic coffees and teas, is one such business that's attracting more people to the Little Tokyo/Arts District downtown.
