An unfinished overpass in the World Cup city of Belo Horizonte collapsed on Thursday. Emergency officials report at least two people are dead.

Video images show part of a passenger bus and several other vehicles were crushed when the overpass collapsed. Authorities are still unsure what caused the accident that claimed two lives and injured 19 others.

The overpass was located approximately two miles from the Mineirao Stadium. Brazil planned on building a network of bus lanes specifically for the World Cup, but the structures were unable to be constructed in time.
