The Nigerian group Boko Haram made news once again after releasing a video mocking the popular Twitter campaign, #BringBackOurGirls, according to The Independent.

"I trust in Allah. You go around saying 'Bring Back Our Girls'. Ohooooo!" says the group's leader, Abubakar Shekau, in the video.

Flanked by armored vehicles, and gun-toting fighters, Shekau also said in the video that the captured girls would not be released until Nigeria releases Boko Haram soldiers from prison and voiced support for the Islamic State or ISIS, calling out Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan.

"Jonathan! Jonathan! Bring back our army," said Shekau in the video.

The Muslim extremist group received worldwide notoriety after abducting 276 girls from a Christian boarding school in the town of Chibok. The #BringBackOurGirls campaign was created shortly afterwards to spread awareness about the group and the incident.
