Starbucks Will Offer Customers Wireless Charging Stations
Tired of looking for an available socket at coffee shop? Starbucks and Duracell Powermat announced today about their plans to place wireless charging stations in majority of Starbucks stores nationwide.

The San Francisco Bay Area stores will be the first equipped with Powermats. Today several Starbucks stores in Boston and San Jose offer its customers the charging system, and the company plans to put similar stations in Europe and Asia by the end of next year.
Duracell executives hope that seeing Powermats in a popular coffee chain will encourage consumers to support the brand.

"We have always tried to anticipate our customers' needs early in the adoption curve and provide a world-class solution," said Adam Brotman, Starbuck’s chief digital officer. "We are thrilled to offer our customers that next level of convenience with Powermat wireless charging."
Teavana Fine Teas and Tea Bars will be the next to host Powermat stations.
