Donald Sterling just can't seem to escape his racist infamy.

On Monday, a lawsuit was filed against the former Clippers owner on behalf of Maiko Maya King, a former employee whom he repeatedly subjected to sexual demands and racially hostile comments and subsequently fired when she protested, reports Reuters. Sterling has been banned for life by the National Basketball association after a recording of racist remarks he made during a private conversation was leaked to the media.

The suit, filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, states that Sterling "lobbed a steady stream of racially and sexually offensive comments" at King. King is seeking an unspecified amount of compensatory damages.
