Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett welcomed a second child on Friday (Twitter/@MrPickFLick).

Wilkinson delivered her second child via C-section at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles on Friday. The delivery went smoothly and the family confirmed the new little girl has a clean bill of health.

The reality star announced via Twitter that she was going in to labor earlier that day.

"This is it guys. It's time. Love you all n tweet to ya again when I can. Xoxoxo," Wilkinson tweeted.

She and her husband Hank Baskett married in July 2009 and have a four-year-old son named Hank Baskett, Jr.

"I feel great and I am so happy," Baskett said.

He also said that his wife is "doing great and did an amazing job."

The delivery was originally planned to air on Wilkinson's reality show, "Kendra on Top." However, TMZ reports cameramen were banned from shooting in public areas.
