What happens when you've already worn everything off the list of this and next season's clothing? We don't know but Rihanna might! Her personal stylist, Mel Ottenberg sat down with the New York Times in an interview stating the news ruefully.

“It’s the end of May, and we’ve already used up all of fall/winter. It’s over.”

Chosen by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), as the Fashion Icon of 2014, Mel has to be on top of his game styling this Barbadian beauty. Ottenberg, who styled Rihanna for her "Loud" tour in 2011, straddles two worlds as he styles Rihanna while keeping another hand in editorials shoots for magazines. Despite his switch into celebrity styling, he has tremendously helped to build Rihanna's fashion repertoire to what it is today. It may be that  Rihanna is moving too fast for the looms to keep up but it's evident that since their paring, Rihanna has caused media to rubberneck and stumble quite a few times with her choice of outfits. Let's visit some of Rihanna's most controversial outfits that have made the mainstream cringe but the fashion media applaud.
