To watch "Complete Works" or to not watch "Complete Works," that is the question.

Luckily, we have the answer. And that answer is YES.

It doesn't matter if you were done with Shakespeare after reluctantly reading "Romeo and Juliet" out loud in your high school English class or if you're an aficionado who recites "Macbeth" in your sleep, you'll fall in love with the new Hulu original series, "Complete Works."

The comedic series, which features five half-hour long episodes, follows Hal (played by Joe Sofranko, who also writes and directs the series), a college student from the Midwest, as he travels to Italy to compete in a Shakespeare performance competition. Since he was a child, Hal has been obsessed with the Bard and strived to center his life around Shakespeare. After he wins the American Shakespeare performance competition by default, his world is rocked when he is invited to perform in Italy. The stakes are high and the competition is fierce. Hal is likable, yet dorky, and the most inexperienced of the small group of competitors. So obviously, with a premise like a Shakespeare contest, there will be no shortage of drama.

The episodes are short and sweet and will leave you wanting more. The pilot alone introduces a memorable and complex group of characters, as well as a niche but refreshing premise. Shakespeare may not be fun for everyone in school, but it's fun, intriguing and addictive on "Complete Works."

So, on April 23rd (Shakespeare's birthday—coincidence? I think not), check out the premiere episode of "Complete Works," entitled "A Round Unvarnish'd Tale" on Hulu!
