But don’t be to quick to judge, the Festival of Books wasn’t just about books. Walking around and about through crowds of people revealed scenes of children playing on trees, live music performances, long lines at food trucks, poetry readings, Q&A panels, and so much more.

There were, of course, hundreds of various book shops and vendors that attracted visitors to invest in new and old books as well as other goods that ranged from novels to comics to cook books. 

Above all, the Festival of Books was filled with smiling, happy faces of everyone from mom and grandma, babies and students, and everyone in between.
