Lindsay Lohan dropped a bomb on television Sunday night revealing she recently suffered a miscarriage.

The 27-year-old "Mean Girls" star made the announcement on her OWN reality television show "Lindsay," which is portrayed as a documentary series.

When making the announcement, she explained why she missed a few days of filming her show and it all just came out--like word vomit.

"No one knows this--I had a miscarriage for those weeks that I took off," Lohan said during taping. Lohan said the medical emergency left her immobilized, according to the NY Daily News.

The actress declined to identify who the father was or to say how far along in the pregnancy she was at the time of the unfortunate event.
