10:30 a.m.  At the LA Times Booth you can see the LA Times Photo Pop-Up Gallery, a showcase of the work of award-winning LA Times photojournalists. A spot on the gallery wall is reserved for the winner of the “Inspire Us” photo category.

11 a.m.  If you have a flair for fashion, head over to the L.A. Times Stage to watch an interview with Rachel Zoe, celebrity stylist and author of "Living In Style: Inspiration And Advice For Everyday Glamour."

11:30 a.m. Screening of "Frankenweenie" at the School for Cinematic Arts in the Broccoli Theater.

12:30 p.m. Did you love reading "The Fault In Our Stars?" Don’t miss author John Green’s interview in Bovard Auditorium.

12:30 p.m. If the line to see John Green's indoor talk is too long, head outside and stop by the Cooking Stage to hear chef Roy Choi, renowned for his Mexican and Korean fusion food and the Kogi food truck, discuss his book, "L.A. Son: My City, My Life, My Food" with famed food critic Jonathan Gold.

1 p.m. B.J. Novak, from the hilariously awkward show The Office, will be interviewed at the Ronald Tutor Campus Center about his book "One More Thing." Sure to be funny.

2 p.m.  Want to see some live on-site art? Six artists, five invited and one selected through the “Inspire Us” contest, will be creating pieces sparked by the Festival’s “Inspire Your Fire” theme on the Artist’s Row.

4:30 p.m. THH 201. Check out Fiction: Outside the Margins, one of the many literary panels in Taper Hall. Author and USC English Professor Aimee Bender will be in conversation with writers Karen Joy Fowler and Jeff Vandermeer.

SUNDAY

3:30 p.m. End the day on a tasty note at the Cooking Stage with a cooking demonstration by Carla Hall, Top Chef finalist and author of CARLA'S COMFORT FOODS.
