Brunch and veganism: two of the newest and most popular crazes in recent times. But can the two go together?

Yes, brunch is great any day, any month, any holiday of the year, and brunch has become somewhat of a tradition for many twenty-somethings on Sundays. And veganism has swept the nation for its appeal to those who wish to commit to an extremely healthy lifestyle in terms of diet, and those who want to respect animals. Brunch may be known for food galore, and though veganism can limit food options, there are plenty of recipes that can combine the two. And because Easter Sunday was the original day that brunch became revered, it’s the perfect day to try out some vegan-friendly brunch recipes.

Here’s our breakdown of the best and easiest vegan dishes to try out.
