Easter is right around the corner, and with that comes the Easter bunny! The first Easter bunny legend was documented in the 1500s, and was brought to the United States by German immigrants in the 1700s. Though the concept of the Easter bunny originated from Pagan roots, the Easter bunny has become incorporated into the celebration of Easter, and has become a staple in Easter dessert and housing decorations.

Coconut Bunny Cake

This recipe might be a little hard to make, but the time and effort will definitely be worth it. Who can resist a delicious coconut cake that looks just like a real bunny? For this recipe, you will need butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, milk, sweetened shredded coconut and cream cheese icing. For the cream cheese icing, you will need butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
