In honor of the "The Walking Dead" season finale, Dock Street Brewing Company in Philadelphia, Pa. has created "Walker," a blood red beer brewed with brains!

"The Walking Dead" is an American post-apocalyptic television series aired on AMC. Since its first airing in 2010, the show has attracted an audience of all ages, 50 percent of those being between 18-49. In its third season, the show's premiere attracted about 10.9 million views, making it the most tuned in show of any drama series in basic cable history.

This "The Walking Dead" inspired beer contains 7.2 percent American Pale Stout, oats, flaked barley, malted wheat, cranberries for color, and smoke brains.

However, before people start worrying, let me clarify. The brains that I'm referring to are goat brains, which are cooked over hot coals before being added into the drink. I mean come on, cannibalism is technically against the law once one considers the act of murder and mutilating a corpse.

Dock Street Brewing Company has won a large amount of awards for its beer creations in the past, so this creation may come as no surprise to many pub patrons. The company has won a bronze and silver medal at The Great American Beer Festival in 2012, a World Beer Cup, and many other awards.

Dock Street Brewing Company plans to release the drink on Sunday, March 30, before "The Walking Dead" season finale.
