Koreatown Night Market To Open In April

It is no surprise then that a taste-bud-titillating project will be launched in Ktown this April. Gathering social media presence and followers galore as the event date creeps closer and closer, the Ktown Night Market is sure to fill the streets.
Modeled after classic nighttime Asian markets, this evening extravaganza will feature food from every ethnic corner. Most will be served from food trucks, as per Los Angeles style. These trucks have been chosen by one of the market's sponsors, the Seoul Sausage Company, a successful Korean BBQ fusion truck and restaurant. There will also be smaller food vendors and merchandise retailers, with over 100 contributors in total. Live performers will also be present, serenading the night away.
The event will be held April 18th and 19th, a Friday and Saturday respectively. The market will run from 4 p.m. to midnight on Friday and 2 p.m. to midnight on Saturday. Admission is free, and the vendors and food trucks will be located at 701 South Catalina Street, near the Robert F. Kennedy Community Schools.
At the moment, it seems that the Ktown Night Market may add to the Los Angeles nightlife for just one special weekend. If the event is successful, however, perhaps the market could become a regular event to fill the tummies of future Angelinos.
Here are the event's social media pages: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
