Today is Carrie Underwood's 31st birthday! The "American Idol" alum has dominated the country charts for years, winning six Grammys so far, and she clearly isn't stopping any time soon. In honor of her birthday, here are our top seven favorite Carrie Underwood songs:

1) "Before He Cheats"

Everybody needs a good break-up song to jam out to sometimes. In this case, the girl gets her revenge by destroying a cheating man's car. This single remains one of her biggest all-time hits, and while it was released in 2006, it never gets old.

2) "Temporary Home"

In a complete 180 from "Before He Cheats," this song is one of Carrie's most vulnerable and heartbreaking - it's hard not to cry listening to it and watching the video. Country is definitely a storytelling genre, and this song proves it, as the video highlights a foster child, a struggling single mom, and an old man in a hospital on his death bed.

3) "Undo It"

"Undo It" is super catchy and feisty with a slight rock edge. It's an anthemic song that the audience can sing along to. She even sang it during a performance with Steven Tyler.

4) "Cowboy Casanova"

The song is already extremely catchy and fun on it's own, but what makes this pick stand out is the music video. The costumes are awesome, the dance moves are super sassy, and those legs are killer. The song also shows off her powerhouse vocals.

5) "Last Name"

"Last Name" shows us Carrie's sense of humor, and it's also one of the best karaoke songs. The video acts as a prequel to "Before He Cheats" (before he cheated), and it shows them spontaneously getting married in Las Vegas.

6) "Good Girl"

While this is her least country single, "Good Girl" is another one of her hits about leaving bad boys behind. It has intricate lyrics and an even stronger rock influence than "Undo It," showing off her killer vocals per usual.

7) "Blown Away"

This more recent single gives fans a glimpse into Carrie's burdensome past dealing with an alcoholic father. It's a beautiful song, epic high notes and all. The video is also captivating with an homage to "The Wizard of Oz" and cool weather special effects.
