If you're someone who doesn't like going to the gym and want to get a good workout in the comfort of your own home, Youtube is a great resource for exercise. There are countless channels and videos dedicated to fitness and wellness. People of all levels who enjoy different styles of exercise are sure to find something that suits them. Here are some personal favorites.

1. Belly dancing workouts are a fun way to be active while learning some exotic dance moves. Belly dancing is a low-impact form of exercise but still works the major muscle groups like abs, thighs and calves. It's especially great for strengthening the core and has other benefits like reducing stress and tension.

2. POPSUGAR Fitness has a wide variety of workouts ranging from quick 10-minute workouts that target specific muscles to longer full-length ones that work the whole body. There are also short cardio routines that are a great way to squeeze a workout into your schedule if your time is limited.

3. Ekhart Yoga has plenty of yoga videos that include tutorials on individual poses and full-length "classes." Some are targeted at a specific purpose like stress relief, flexibility or even studying for exams, while others focus on general relaxation for practitioners of any level.

4. Ballet-inspired workouts incorporate ballet technique with cardio and strength-training routines. Anyone can try these whether you've been trained in dance or just want to have a little exposure to the elegance of the art form.

5. If you want an energetic and sassy form of exercise, Latin dance workouts like this one from Dancing with the Stars include moves from the Mambo, Cha-Cha and Rumba. These combinations are fun and make incorporating fitness into your life much more motivating.
