Warrant Issued For Ousted Ukrainian President's Arrest
The pursuit of Yanukovych has gripped the nation as the interior minister himself, Arsen Avakov, has been personally involved in the manhunt. Ukraine’s law enforcement agencies have been chasing Yanukovych in recent days, but as of yet have been unable to find him. The hope is he will be caught before he leaves the country.

Russia, meanwhile, has withdrawn their ambassador from Kiev, with Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev telling the New York Times, “Today, I see no legitimate Ukrainian partners for dialogue…If people crossing Kiev in black masks with Kalashnikov Rifles are considered a government, it will be difficult for us to work with such a government.”
The European Union, on the other hand, has been praising developments in the country, saying that the power vacuum has been successfully filled and that democratic institutions have worked the way they were designed to.
