"Can I start with the Blue Ivy, get the Jay-Ziti and end with Breastiny's Child?"

No, we didn't make that up. Brooklyn restaurant Brucie's is offering a 3-course, Beyoncé-themed Valentine's day meal, with dishes inspired by Bey and Jay-Z themselves. The hip Italian eatery will feature entrées such as those aforementioned: Blue Ivy (smoked blue potatoes, chiriboga blue, trout roe, watercress), Jay-Ziti ("carter" clothbound cheddar, speck, sweet potato, sage pistu) and Breastiny's Child (veal breast braciole, pickled fig, sopresatta, goat yogurt).

"We were trying to think of what to do for Valentine's Day," the restaurant's owner and executive chef Zahra Tangorra told The Huffington Post. "And I'm turned off by the whole, 'We have a price fix, you can get a crab cake' or whatever."

"We thought, everyone loves Beyoncé. Especially us," she said. "So me and my staff worked really hard to make fabulous dishes based on those titles."

Now, if Queen B and her husband ate at the restaurant, that would be the cherry on top. Jay-Z is from Brooklyn, after all.

What appetitizer do you think Beyoncé and Jay-Z would order?
 Blue Ivy
 Oysters Rocafella
 Surf Board
 Pink Is The Flavor
 22 Days Vegan

Also, if you're feeling a bit nostalgic like I am, here's Beyoncé's fabulous Super Bowl performance last year. All 13 minutes of it. Enjoy.
