Many European Union foreign ministers have expressed their concerns about Ukraine’s turmoil.
After the emergency meeting held in Brussels on Thursday, Feb. 20, EU foreign ministers have agreed to impose sanctions on Ukraine authority, including suspending export licenses for equipment for internal repression.
