Neon Tommy is featuring the performers in USC Thornton School of Music's Popular Music program.

This week's feature: singer/songwriter Brett Fromson, whose EP "Heartbeat Like a Train" was released this month. A Paul Simon-aficionado from the Midwest, Fromson recently performed at on-campus venue Tommy's Place for his album release party.
