Fresh from a well-received reunion with Paul McCartney at the Grammys on Sunday, Ringo Starr is set to take the spotlight again. Today, the Beatles legend announced a 28-date North American tour alongside his All Star Band. His All-Star Band lineup will include Steve Lukather, Richard Page, Greg Rolie, Todd Rundgren and Gregg Bissonette.

The tour launches in Ontario, Canada and continue through the summer months for a final appearance at Los Angeles's iconic Greek Theatre on July 19. And local Beatles fans, take note - Starr has mentioned that his stop in the City of Angels will feature what he's calling a "Peace and Love celebration" in honor of his 70th birthday. Further details are in the works.

"I love playing with this band," Starr said in a statement. "I can't wait to get back and play with them again."
