Grammys 2014: Artists Who Deserve (But Have Never Won) The Award
Diana Ross
How is it humanly possible that one of the leading ladies of soul has NEVER won a Grammy? If you’re thinking “Well the Supremes probably have,” you’re wrong again.
The Who
By far one of the most iconic bands, the Who did not win a single Grammy during their tenure. Not. One.
Journey
Everyone on the planet has heard, and possibly dreadfully sang along to, “Don’t Stop Believing.’” Apparently, everyone but the Recording Academy.
The Doors
Again, another absolutely massively popular and talented rock band who has never won the golden statue. However, in their defense, the Doors were around when the awards were forming so, Grammys, you have this pass this one time.
Led Zepplin
Okay, now this is just preposterous. Not giving Grammys to rock bands in the 60s is on the same parallel with the other academy never awarding Leonardo DiCaprio his Oscar. Criminal. Absolutely criminal.
Okay, so she may not be the best singer live but nevertheless, Perry is a superstar that has has a plethora of number one singles, yet has never won a coveted trophy. Perhaps her luck will change Sunday.
Run DMC
Although every teen clothing store has exploited the group’s name, the Academy never saw fit to write it on one of their trophies.

Cat Stevens
It really is a wild world when you realize that Mr. Stevens has never won a Grammy. That’s right, “Tea for the Tillerman” received no such honor. Meanwhile, Rhianna is parading around six of the trophies. Six.
Florence + the Machine
Okay, so Ms. Welch has plenty of time left in the game. At the same time, compare “Ceremonials” to Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger,” the album that beat Florence in the "Best Pop Vocal Album" category last year. That’s right, there is no comparison.
I know. Should we just give up having any hope in the voters at this point?
Stevie Nicks
Perhaps Grammy voters took “Stand Back” a bit too literally. Though Fleetwood Mac won only one award in their day (for “Rumours,” of course), there is no denying Stevie deserved one for a solo artist as well.
Martina McBride
This country superstar has sold millions of albums worldwide and has been nominated for the award 14 times. Unfortunately, her touching albums and sad music videos never impressed the Grammy voters.
Snoop Dogg
Snoop has been nominated an astounding 16 times, yet he has never won. However, we think Snoop is probably okay with that.
Other honorable mentions: Morrissey, Depeche Mode, Tupac, the Notorious B.I.G., the Avett Brothers
