On Sunday, an air raid occurred in Aleppo which left 36, including 15 children, dead. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported the total may rise because many more citizens were injured and in critical condition.

The attack was a Syrian regime air raid on rebel districts. Explosive barrels and missiles were dropped on unsuspecting citizens.

Aleppo was a major commercial and trade city until falling under attack last year.

A reported 126,000 Syrians have been murdered since 2011, with many more displaced and fleeing the country.

U.N. aid, coming from Iraq, finally arrived in the torn nation Sunday as well.
