Enrollment for affordable insurance via the HealthCare.gov rose from 106,000 to 365,000 in November. The total, however, is far below the government’s target goal. The government maintains it wants to have 7 million people enrolled in healthcare plans through the online system.

Since the website’s lunch in October, there have been numerous glitches, making it difficult for people to sign up.

There have been over 50,000 additional enrollments during the first week of November. California and New York account for almost half of the citizens that have signed up.
