The disturbance was at a residence on Topfield Court in Apopka, Florida. Authorities have not released information as to what exactly happened.

This isn't the first time George Zimmerman has made national headlines since his acquittal in July in the killing of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

A few months back, authorities were called by Shellie Zimmerman, George Zimmerman's wife, over domestic dispute. Shellie Zimmerman filed for divorce shortly after.

Zimmerman's wife has accused him of punching her father and threatening them at the father's home.

Zimmerman's wife's mother also has accused him of stealing property from her Lake Mary home.
