Students staged a "die-in" on USC's campus Thursday to represent more than 1,000 garment factory workers who died last April in a Rana Plaza factory in Bangladesh.

The Student Coalition Against Labor Exploitation hosted the demonstration at USC, which was replete with picket signs and petitions.

The organization's goal is for President Nikias to sign a code of conduct that ensures all Trojan apparel is made in sweatshop-free factories.
