Channing Tatum’s reign as the "Sexiest Man Alive" is coming to an end. People Magazine has reportedly chosen this year’s Sexiest Man Alive and it is none other than Adam Levine.

According The Hollywood Reporter, the magazine will officially reveal Levine as the 2013 winner on Nov. 20.

Rumors that he would be chosen have been circling recently, however, when the Maroon 5 singer was asked about it on The Today Show on Nov. 15, he called it “an interesting idea,” but denied having heard anything about it.

In previous years, Levine has made the magazine’s “Sexiest” issue before, but never as the top choice.

And Levine will certainly be in good company at the top. The most recent titleholders include Tatum in 2012, Bradley Cooper in 2011, and Ryan Reynolds in 2010.

Like many of his predecessors, however, Levine is off the market. He and Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo got engaged in July.

At the very least, we can all admire him from afar. Levine is one of the judges on NBC’s “The Voice.” He has also recently started pursuing acting, scoring roles on FX’s “American Horror Story” and in the John Carney film “Can a Song Save Your Life?”

He also recently sold a script for a semi-autobiographical comedy to NBC. He will produce the show with “Community” writer and producer Gene Hong, who Levine lived with when the two first moved to Los Angeles. The show is part of Levine’s one-year first-look development deal with the network.

And in case you need to be reminded of just how sexy this year’s titleholder is, here Levine proudly shows off his “Moves Like Jagger.”
