Microsoft have had a history of attacking Google for Chrome and Gmail with it's "Scroogled" campaign (albeit some of these ads were internal videos that were leaked) - but now the tech giants have taken their anti-Google campaign one step further by creating Scroogled merchandise that is selling on the official Microsoft store.

Ever wanted an anti-Google mug? Perhaps the "Keep calm while we steal your data" mug fits the bill. Or if you'd like something that's more assertive, the (slightly creepy) "I'm Watching You" tee could be perfect. It doesn't end there - as the Scroogled product line includes Scroogled hats, hoodies, and four other anti-Google tees, with 8 products in total.

The Scroogled campaign was launched by Microsoft last year in an effort to publicize Bing, their alternate to what is by far the most used search engine in the world, Google. Microsoft defined the term "Scroogled" in their initial advertisement as "The new Google practice of selling their shopping search results to a high bidder.", but have now expanded their anti-Google campaign to incorporate other Google services as well.

Google sarcastically responded to the new merchandise on the Microsoft store by saying - "Microsoft's latest venture comes as no surprise; competition in the wearables space really is heating up." - referring to the fact that while one of Google's most innovative devices yet, Google Glass is a "wearable" device, Microsoft's products in the same "space" comprises of just a few t-shirts and a hoodie.
