Get ready, fashionistas—the craziest day of the shopping year is upon us. Thursday, Isabel Marant’s new capsule collection hits H&M stores nationwide.

Even if you don’t know who Isabel Marant is, you know her work. Her unique style has made her one of the most influential designers of the past twenty years. She is always hip, always stylish, but never trendy or overdone.

Many have tried to emulate her slouchy, rocker-chic looks—we have Marant to thank for trends ranging from skinny jeans to suede fringe—but no one has fully emulated her very French, effortless, though expensive style.

Donning a Marant was VERY expensive; at least until now. Marant partnered with H&M to produce a range of accessibly-priced signature pieces for men, women, and children.

They are still a bit of a splurge—a coat or pair of boots run up to $300—but some pieces, including $35 sweatshirts and scarves, are within many H&M shoppers’ price range.

You can view all of the pieces for sale here. Standouts include skinny leather pants, slouchy t-shirts, and a ridiculously cool sweater

Here is all the info you need to shop the pieces:

Only certain H&M stores will carry the line. View the full list of US stores here. Some options in Los Angeles are at the Beverly Center, Westfield Century City, the Americana, and Sunset Boulevard.

Stores open at 8 AM local time (except the flagship at Times Square, which will open at midnight with a celebration led by Lady Gaga). As always, customers will line up before 8...probably MUCH before.

The first 420 people in line will be sectioned into groups of thirty, and each group will be handed a different color wristband. Your 30-person group gets a 15-minute window to shop the Marant x H&M pieces. The first 30 people to arrive will be in the first group, and will get the first 15-minute window, the next 30 people will get the second window, and so on. If you get there after the first 420 people, you will have to wait until all 420 are out of the store before you will be allowed to shop.

To ensure that everyone gets their little bit of Marant, a single shopper may buy up to four of each piece. Returns must be made within 7 days for a refund, and accessories are not returnable.

You can also shop the collection online. The website will start taking orders at 12 PM EST (that’s 9 AM in Los Angeles). Online shoppers are limited to one of each item. Expect website problems, frustration, and probably tears as 300 girls try simultaneously to order the last fuzzy sweater.

Insider tip—Marant also designed kids' collections. If you, like me, are small and/or have the body of a twelve-year-old boy, consider shopping the kids’ sweaters, tees, and jackets instead. They are cheaper and won’t be sold as quickly as the ladies’ merch.

Get there early, wear your fiercest studded booties, and try to avoid the inevitable catfights.

Will anyone else be braving the crowds on Thursday morning? Comment below to tell us which piece excites you most/give us some of your best tips.
