Thanksgiving is the holiday that revolves around food. And although no one seems to be complaining, it can be hard to stay healthy during this holiday season.

A great alternative to keep Thanksgiving tasty and healthy would be to use traditional Thanksgiving foods, but prepare them differently. That way, you still have the taste of Thanksgiving, just not all the calories!
