2 Killed In Nevada Middle School Shooting

Two people were killed and two others are injured in a shooting that occured at a Nevada middle school on Monday morning.

It is not clear whether the gunman is among those who are dead. Two boys are in critical condition after suffering form gunshot wounds. The minors are being treated at Renown Regional Medical Center.

The shooting happened at the Sparks Middle School outside of Reno at about 7:16 a.m.

The middle school was evacuated to Sparks High School where students can be picked up by their parents.

Gov. Brian Sandoval said that he was receiving ongoing updates and was “deeply saddened” about the shooting.
