Syria has destroyed all of its chemical weapons infrastructure, according to an international chemical weapons watchdog organization.

This news comes one day before Syria's November 1 deadline to dismantle the equipment, as determined by a timeline set by U.S. and Russian leaders.

In a document obtained by Reuters, the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) stated, "The OPCW is satisfied it has verified, and seen destroyed, all declared critical production/mixing/filling equipment from all 23 sites."

The next deadline comes on November 15, when Syria must agree with the OPCW on a plan to destroy its toxic agents.
