Every Monday through Friday, we run down the day's must-know entertainment stories. Today's shortlist:

Legolas - yay! Spiders - mmmmnope: that's right, there's a new "The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug" trailer out, and it features some friendly (and some not-so-friendly) faces. (Vulture)

The cover for the "Ron Burgundy" "memoir," "Let Me Off At The Top!: My Classy Life & Other Musings" is out, and it only serves to remind us how excited we are for "Anchorman 2." (EW)

There are two, I repeat, two Mister Rogers movies in the works, meaning there will be that much more Mister Rogers joy in the world. One of the films will be a straight up biopic, while the other will be based off of the book "I'm Proud of You," about an interviewer who became close friends with the jolly TV icon. (The A.V. Club)

Good news for those of you clamoring for another "Chronicles of Narnia" film: you're going to get one. "The Silver Chair" is reportedly in the works, 3 years after "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" hit theaters. (Deadline)

Morgan Freeman is narrating a 3D IMAX film about lemurs in Madagascar because of course. (THR)
