"Grey's Anatomy" fans we are BACK! While the 10th season has already begun, there's still so much juicy drama and insane patients that the fans can talk about it! Let's pick right back up and recap "Map Of You" now.

Parents and Surgeons, Surgeons and Parents?: Meredith and Derek have been struggling with keeping their badass surgeon reputation and being the best parents to their (TWO) children as possible. So far? Not so great. Meredith wants to ensure tea parties for Zola and movie nights and just an overall strong presence in her kid's lives- but she can't give up on her career. She keeps saying that she "doesn't want to be like her mother"- which we all can probably agree she is nothing like. However, after Christina and Meredith's HUGE fight last week, Meredith is more determined than ever to succeed at both. While trying to decide on a research project, Derek continues on a tough research project of his own with Callie, both striving to completely submerge in their work and get the "best parent" award at the end of the night. Life is pretty busy for the McDreamys.

Arizona and....Leah?: After one hell of a drunk night, intern Leah spends time at Arizona's place late into the evening, and while Arizona forgets most of what happened (no hook-up, thank God), Leah seems to be taking their little hang-out to the next level. She starts talking to the other interns about being in love (um, WHAT), and eventually spits out Arizona's name to the bunch. Their first reaction? Leah's not a lesbian. Arizona witnesses the whole thing take place and calls Leah over to bluntly squash what feelings or hope Leah has toward their relationship. Leah doesn't take it so well. Just when we think it's over between the two of them, or whatever their interaction is, at the end of the episode Arizona texts Leah late at night in bed- "What are you up to?" This strange duo is definitely not over.

Mysterious Alex: After Jo tried mercilessly to get Alex to talk to his dad in the hospital before he was discharged, Alex took her advice to heart and started going to the bar that his dad played blues at late at night, without telling anyone where he was going. Needless to say, Alex was a walking ticking bomb, and Jo knew something was up. However, she thinks all episode she is the reason for his weird behavior. At the end, we see Alex at the bar, and his dad (who doesn't know Alex is his son), sits at the bar with him and they begin to chat, eventually sitting down and playing guitar together. The whole time, daddy dearest is talking about his son, and Alex begins to feel hopeful that his dad may have finally changed. At the end, his dad says he has a picture of his son, and shows Alex a 12-year-old boy with an Asian mother. His dad has an entirely different family, and was never talking about Alex. Alex loses it and winds up punching his dad in the face, at which point his father realizes who Alex really is.

Moving On, Sort Of: While it was Christina's idea for her and Owen to see other people, Owen took that step before she did, and is now casually dating a doctor from the benefit a few weeks back. She makes an appearance at the hospital for a consult, and Christina realizes she's not okay with it. Christina once again gets herself in trouble. She's getting what she asked for!

What's Up With Ross?: First Ross wants off of Derek's service, and then he snaps at Stephanie when she addresses him kissing her. What's going on? "Grey's" fans should definitely be interested in this one. Is he still upset about Brooks' death and lashing out at everyone? Or is something else going on? Stay tuned everyone!

"Grey's Anatomy" is back and let's not forget that it's Sandra Oh's last season! Watch "Grey's" every Thrusday at 9pm on ABC.
