According to CBS News, Brown was arrested by police after getting into a physical altercation with a man near the W Hotel in Washington D.C. at 4:45 a.m.

Chris Hollosy, a 35-year-old male has been identified as the man involved in the incident. Hollosy was also charged with felony assault after the altercation.

Brown has a number of confrontations with police since the 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna. Brown had his probation reinstated in August after he was allegedly involved with a hit and run accident.
