Whether you're staying in on Halloween or just looking for a thrill, here are some classic Halloween films to keep you entertained this week.  

From "House of Wax" to "Halloween" to "Scream," here's some of the Halloween favorites.

"Halloween"

On Halloween night, Michael Myers murders his sister and comes back to stalk a group of friends after 15 years.  

"Scream"

A killer called “Ghostface” begins a killing spree while a group of friends tries to survive by thinking about the “rules” of horror films. 

"The Grudge"

"The Grudge" is a story about a curse that is born when someone dies in extreme rage or sadness. 

"The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"

A group of friends fall victim to a group of cannibals on their way to visit one of the group’s old homes. 

"Frankenstein"

In "Frankenstein" a crazed scientist creates a living being from parts of exhumed corpses.

"A Nightmare on Elm Street"

A child murderer stalks children of the members of a lynch mob that killed him in their dreams.

"House of Wax"

A group of friends on a road trip get trapped in a ghost town and try to survive while two brothers try to capture them and make them additions to their wax museum.

"The Exorcist"

This film deals with the demonic possession of a 12 year-old girl and the attempt by two priests to get her back.

"It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!"

Linus tries to persuade his friends that the Great Pumpkin exists through trick or treating and eventually falls asleep at the pumpkin patch.
