5 Things To Expect From Miley's 'SNL' Performance

Miley Cyrus is hosting and performing on "Saturday Night Live" this Saturday, October 5th, and here is a list of some things we expect to happen during the show:

Twerking

Whether just Miley twerks or the whole cast joins in, it is fully expected to be brought up right away perhaps even during the opening monologue.  Although she told Rolling Stone "I'll probably never do that shit again" referring to twerking and sticking her tongue out, it will appear on the show since it got so much media attention.

VMAs Parody

As mentioned in the "SNL" Promo, Miley will poke fun at her VMA’s performance earlier this year. We’ll have to see if she brought her teddy bear friends or foam fingers along. She also mentioned Robin Thicke in her Rolling Stone interview "No one is talking about the man behind the ass. It was a lot of 'Miley twerks on Robin Thicke,' but never, 'Robin Thicke grinds up on Miley.' They're only talking about the one that bent over. So obviously there's a double standard."

Music Performances

Expect an emotional “Wrecking Ball” performance where Cyrus tries to make viewers see her seriously as an artist. Then there will most likely a disturbing “23” rendition featuring scantily-clad Miley. This song was recently released as a single featuring rappers Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J.

Her Break-Up

Cyrus is definitely not afraid to bring up her recent breakup from Liam Hemsworth (who were engaged since May 2012) sarcastically or another actor may joke about it during a skit. There are many rumors circulating that he moved on and was seen kissing another woman only days after they officially ended the relationship.

Hannah Montana

HM is bound to show up at some point during the show, whether that involves blonde wigs or songs we will have to see. Perhaps there will even be a cast reunion of some sort?

Let's just say that her 2011 performance of “Sorry I’m Not Perfect” may need a few 2013 additions to its lyrics...
