Obama Considers Holding Off On Syrian Air Strike

President Obama said on Monday that he will hold off on a strike on Syria if Bashar Assad agrees to turn over all his chemical weapons. Obama then continued to say that he was open, yet skeptical to a transfer of chemical weapons. Obama’s announcement came after Russia publicly urged the Assad regime to put their chemical weapons under international control. Currently, it is projected that Syria has hundreds of tons of  chemical weapons.
