If we thought that America’s favorite wild child couldn’t get more out of control, we were wrong. She could.

The former child star is not only featured on the cover of Rolling Stone, but she also tattooed her feet with the magazine’s name, getting ROLLING (right foot) and $TONE (left). The feature mostly involves her shouting obscenities and talking about her VMA performance. Not to mention, she poses naked on the cover. Of course, we’ve seen her in the nude possibly as much as Lady Gaga these days.

In case you don’t feel like reading the feature story from Rolling Stone, here are the top 11 quotes from Cyrus:

1. On Robin Thicke: Another thing Cyrus discussed was that no one talked about the fact that Thicke was not so innocent either. Cyrus said: “It was a lot of 'Miley twerks on Robin Thicke,' but never, 'Robin Thicke grinds up on Miley.’” She recalled it being a “double standard” that everyone criticized her, but not him even though Thicke was just as much at fault.

2. On her “homie” Kanye West: Apparently, backstage West told her: “There are not a lot of artists I believe in more than you right now.” He gave her more advice before the show and it resonated. Additionally, she refers to the two as “homies.”

3. On her twerking: Cyrus said not only that she’ll never do it again (we’ll hold her to that), but also that she knew it didn’t look good. “I'm like, I'm 108 pounds! I know!”

4. On “minstrel” critique: Additionally, Cyrus was very offended by people that critiqued her VMA performance as being racist. She responded by saying, "Those aren't my 'accessories.' They're my homies." Another thing to add to Cyrus’ interesting fact list: she’s friends with stuffed animals.

5. On advice: Offering advice on the rest of the world, Cyrus proclaimed, "Times are changing. I think there's a generation or two left, and then it's gonna be a whole new world.”

6. On Justin Bieber: “I'm not much older than him, so I never want it to feel like I'm mentoring him. But I do mentor him in a way. Because I've been doing this shit for a long time, and I already transitioned, and I don't think he's quite done it yet”

7. On the tear from “Wrecking Ball” music video: “That was real. My dog had just passed away.” Furthermore, she refers to the video as “real art.”

8. On her upbringing: Cyrus had to go on stage after her father Billy Ray Cyrus’ shows and pick up bras and underwear thrown at him. She was paid $10.

9. On when her transition occurred: “Detroit's where I felt like I really grew up,” Cyrus said. She was filming “LOL” with Demi Moore, who was also a target for paparazzi at the time. “I think we both needed to get out of LA,” Cyrus said.

10. On her “new image”: She spent last summer in Philadelphia and felt like a new person after: "I basically cut off all ties. I got rid of my manager, I got rid of my label. I just started over. I really wanted to stay with my manager, but I feel like this [her new image] would have scared them. I just don't think they would've had as much faith in what I'm doing."

11. On Pharrell: Days after the VMA performance, her sent her a text saying, "The VMAs was nothing more than God or the universe showing you how powerful anything you do is. It's like uranium – it has the power to take over lives or power entire countries. Now that you've seen your power, master it. You're not a train wreck," he says later. "You're the train pulling everyone else along."

What do you think of the new Miley?
