President Obama is set to address the nation about the current crisis in Syria at 6PM PST. Initially, the president's speech was meant to announce how America would move forward with a strike against Syria for the governments use of chemical weapons.

However, on Monday the Syrian government announced that it would agree to Russia's proposal to hand over its chemical weapon stores to Russian and U.N. inspectors. This shift in the discussion of Syria will change how President Obama addresses the nation tonight.

Whether the U.S. will ultimately strike against Syria or come to an agreement to obtain Syria's chemical weapons tonight's speech will be key to the Obama administration's case on Syria and its future.
