At least 20 people were shot and five killed in Chicago since Friday, police said, in what appears to be gang-related violence.

These attacks came after a shooting at a Chicago park on Thursday that injured 13 people, including a 3-year-old child.

The police said that these attacks seem to be gang-related since most of the victims are gang members, according to interviews with witnesses.

The most recent shooting took place around 3 a.m. Sunday. A 26-year-old man was sitting on the front porch of a house when a white van drove by and the driver shot him in the legs.

All of this week’s violence in Chicago comes after an FBI report was released earlier in the week that showed Chicago had more killings than any other U.S. city in 2012.
