Get Pumped Workout Playlist
Let's face it: some weekends can feel like a black hole.
One minute it's Thursday night and the next it's Sunday morning, and you realize you're about 10 pounds and several questionable decisions heavier.
Even though it may be tempting to spend your day napping and pretending to do your readings, the best way to start the week off right is to go to the gym.
Seriously.
With its plethora of grunting boys and sweaty machines, the gym may seem like the last place your hangover wants to go today -- but a little exercise is good for you. It'll make you healthier, sexier and probably a straight-A student---just sayin'.
But if, like me, you always need a gym buddy for extra motivation, I have created the perfect workout playlist to accompany you all the way from your bedroom to the end of that 3 mile sprint on the treadmill.
The warm up: Start off your workout nice and easy with these fun songs and their awesome videos. Stretch a little, speed walk or just look like you're being productive.
